High speed machine using ultrasonic welding technology, automatic production of 2-5 layers of butterfly mask main body (such as 3 M company's 9001,9002 series masks). Automatic completion of the operation, manual feeding automatic unloading; including the process of rolling material, nose beam feeding, mask grain welding, mask cutting, main material.
The machine produces the main body of butterfly mask through the cooperation of feeding system, cloth forming system, nose beam forming cutting system and so on.
